GREEN MACHINE/LIONS POST WINS TIE FOR SECOND
CELTICS REMAIN IN FIRST BUT LOSE AMIDST CONTROVERSY
DYNAMO LOOKS IMPRESSIVE IN WIN

This was not the greatest night in 7 v 7 history as The Wings could not field a lineup and the Kozaks struggled to put together a team as well. Add to this a controversial Celtic loss in a referee shortened game, and the first half of the season ended with a thud. Let’s hope round two is better.

 JULY 1 RESULTS

LIONS 3  WINGS 0 (FORFEIT)

The Wings could not field a team and the Lions received the automatic 3-0 win and a share of second place.

GREEN MACHINE 5 KOZAKS 1
The Kozaks struggled to field a team and the powerful Machine jumped all over them. Led by two goals each from Claudio and Boris, the Machine moved into a second place tie with the Lions

DYNAMO 2 CELTICS 1
Leo Kulinczenko and Ceasar gave the vastly improvedDynamo a 2-0 advantage. Victor Solarte scored for the Celtics to pull within one and when he was pulled down in the box, the Celtics hoped to tie. The referee did not see the infraction. An argument ensued which resulted in a Victor Solarte red card and an abrupt end to the game.
