Celtics 4 Wings 2

The Celtics continued to dominate the 7 v 7 league with a hard fought victory. Three different Celtic players scored to go along with an own goal. Carlo was finally scored upon as Wally Popo put a couple between the pipes.

 

Dynamo 3 Green Machine 2

The Machine are still trying to find their form. The Dynamo started the season strong with a close 3-2 victory. U-30 Andrij Strilschuck led the way for the Dynamo with two goals

 

Celtics 9 Dynamo 0

The Dynamo victory party did not last very long as the Celtics scored early and often and won in a blowout 9-0. CJ netted a hat trick and jumped to a huge lead in the scoring race with 16 points. Victor also scored three and Tom Popovich added a couple for extra measure. The Celics will be hard to beat in 2001

 

Wings 7 Green Machine 5

In the closest match of the night, the machine could not withstand the late game surge of the Wings, who finished with a 7-5 victory. Greg Zaskowski provided scoring punch for the Machine with a hat trick and Joe Owerko answered with a trick of his own for the Wings. Changes are expected as Green Machine Manager, Rusty Dachniwsky is not happy with the Machines’ 0-4 start.

 

Happy Fathers Day

Al Strilchuk of the Dynamo and Javier of the Celtics received belated Fathers Day gifts as their sons each scored in Tuesdays games. CJ scored 4 for the Celtics and Andrij netted two for the Dynamo
